Reviews and Ratings
My stay was fantastic! The hotel's location was superb, right in the heart of Exeter, just a stone's throw away from the train station, cathedral, and shopping center. The rooms were huge, spotless, and overlooked a lovely garden area. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. However, the nighttime noise from the nearby street was a bit disruptive. Dining offered a good range of tasty food, and the facilities were great all around.
The hotel was really comfortable and perfect for relaxing after a stressful day. The rooms were cozy, but I wasn't restocked on water or coffee during my 3-night stay. The great breakfast in the restaurant was a highlight.
The hotel rooms are luxurious and welcoming, with beautiful decor and fully kitted out amenities; however, they were a bit small which made accessing the wardrobe tricky. The service was top-notch, with extremely friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The location is excellent, being centrally located close to Exeter Central station and the cathedral. The dining experience was average with limited options and slightly overpriced. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service in a convenient central location.
